Jobvera Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Jobvera is a job, estimate and invoice app for service businesses. This policy explains what information Jobvera collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. "We" means the operator of Jobvera. "You" means a business using Jobvera or a person using it on the business's behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and business name. Passwords are stored only as a secure, salted hash.
- Business records you enter: customers (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses), jobs, estimates, invoices, payments, notes, photos and signatures. A business may also enter information about companies it bills (for example a dealership's name, contact and purchase order number).
- Customer request forms: when a customer uses a business's request link, Jobvera collects what they choose to send: their name, phone number, optional email, location, a description of the problem and optional photos. That information is sent only to that business.
- Device information: a device ID and a push-notification token so your phones can receive job updates, plus basic technical logs (such as IP address and error reports) used for security and abuse prevention.
- Microphone: the "Tap and talk" buttons use your device's built-in speech-to-text only while you are holding them on. Jobvera does not record or store audio.
How we use information
- To run the app: save and sync your business records between your phones and computers, send approval links, and show your Office Board.
- AI drafting: when you use AI features (AI Quick Job, "Make Service Call with AI"), the job description, equipment details and your service list are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to draft line items. Data is sent only when you use these features and is not used by us for advertising.
- Notifications: push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Security: rate limits, sign-in protection and preventing spam on request links.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where information is stored
Business records are stored with Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database) in the United States and on your own devices. Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google Firebase (push notifications), OpenAI (AI drafting, only when used).
Who can see your information
Only people your business adds as team members can see your business records, according to their role. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business.
Keeping and deleting information
Records are kept while your business account is active. Handled customer requests are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from More → Jobvera Account → Delete my account in the app, or on the web at jobvera-customer-portal.nathanoo1983.workers.dev/delete-account. Deletion happens right away. If the company owner deletes their account, the company and all of its jobs, customers, photos, requests and team logins are deleted. If an employee deletes their account, only their login is removed; the jobs belong to the company. You can also contact us at the email below.
Children
Jobvera is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, notify account owners in the app.
